  • We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Front-end specialist/receptionist.
     
    This person will be responsible for obtaining insurance benefits, verification of eligibility status, and assisting with authorizations over the phone and online; collecting accurate demographics, and accurate data entry; scheduling appointments over the phone; scanning electronic records, and performing any other duties necessary to provide efficient, timely services to the patients, their families, and providers. Be able to start ASAP.

  • We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistant (Spanish Required).
     
    REQUIRED: If you cannot speak Spanish fluently, you will not be considered
     
    Preferred candidates are those with at least one year of recent medical and allergy experience, a clean work record, and who live within 30 minutes of the practice (Duncanville, TX). We may consider new grads with exceptional qualifications.

    Required: 
    Flexible, responsible, reliable team-player
    Not intimidated by the challenging, fast-paced experience
    Must be Bilingual (Spanish-speaking).
    Excellent Communication skills
    Must be professional.
    Comfortable working with both Adult/Pediatric patients
    Comfortable with learning new procedures (Spirometry, Allergy Skin Testing, Allergy Shots)
     
    Ready to start ASAP
    Prior Experience in Allergy, Asthma, and/or Pulmonary Medicine
